With its unique pre-locking mechanism, you simply press down on the locking lever before grabbing your item and the jaws stay locked until you release them. Very good product - it just took a long time to arrive August 11, 2006

The Pik Stik is a classic and the price can't be beat. Even though I had to wait longer than I wanted to for delivery on this purchase, the product was worth the wait. I called customer service about delivery and it was back-ordered which would have been nice to know online. One of my pet peeves is that the online quantity on-hand should be accurate. Anyway I couldn't live without it so I am happy.
