I give this product 5 stars, although it would not accept that setting above.
The company which sent it was prompt, and I have been so pleased with the lightweight resolution to the results of not being able to walk/stand for long periods of time due to spinal stenosis and rheumatoid arthritis. During the moderately affected times when I try to walk unassisted as much as possible, this seat provides the confidence that whenever I need/want to sit down, I am independently protected. It has been a Godsend. I keep it in my car at all times. It's also non-obtrusive, so emotionally it feels better when I just need a little assistance.
