I just got my first pair today and they are fantastic! I can't get over the difference they make. I tried on an outfit that I have been reluctant to wear and with the Spanx Higher Power Panties I plan to wear that outfit to work on Monday!!
 Works well but doesn't last long November 10, 2008
These control panties do everything promised, but don't hold up well to washing or normal wear. After a few washings, they began to run and loose their shape. I wouldn't buy this product again.
Bigger size makes a difference October 30, 2008
I purchased these at a small store that had sample pairs to try on. I choose the size by the size chart (B) and couldn't even get them up. I then tried the (C) and after some tugging got them up. So I purchased a C and then tried them on with the dress I wanted them for and it looks great!! I have a bulge under my bra back and wanted that covered when I wore this knit dress and it worked perfectly. I haven't actually worn them for any length of time so we'll see.
I'll come back and edit after I've worn them for my brothers wedding!

I really only wear them for work or special occasions but I secretly would love to wear them with EVERYTHING. The trick is to buy the correct size. If you think you need to buy smaller, in order to look smaller, you couldn't be more wrong. Seriously, I feel like I've instantly lost 10 lbs when I have them on (without the effort). They smooth my curves and support my post-pardum bulges. Most importantly, they give me the confidence I need to not feel insecure about my appearance. You can certainly find something cheaper out there, but you will end up with a far inferior product that will end up in your drawer, because if the SPANX are available you'll always reach for them first.
