I have been wearing these arch cushions for years. I recovered from Plantar Fasciitis years ago and these are a god send. I have to buy shoes 1/2 size larger than without the cushions, but I know that now and bring a new pair with to try on during new shoe shopping.

I bought these for my dad who was having knee problems because he walks 8 miles a day. He says that after the first couple of days of use he doesn't notice them anymore. He hasn't had any knee pain since using them, but it's only been about a month so time will tell.
