| Customer Reviews:
Transport wheelchair August 25, 2008 Product arrived OK but the shipping carton was all torn and beaten up. The cardboard used by the Chinese manufacturer was far too flimsy for the weight of this wheelchair. The brakes needed some adjustment which I was able to do and now the product works fine. My suggestion would be to notify the manufacturer to use better packaging with heavy cardboard. Also, to employ stricter quality control procedures in their shipping department.
