It was shipped and received in excellent condition. Great quality for our needs - transporting to and from doctor appointments, or when traveling long distances. Easy to add attachments and stores nicely in trunk. It was well worth the price and handles great.

This transport chair is a good compromise between light weight and sturdy construction. It is really easy to fold up and is light enough to easily lift into a car. Just what we wanted and at the right price.

I bought this for my mom who visited me for about a month. I wanted her to be able to do some sightseeing without having to cut her outings short due to her arthritis pain. By and large, that purpose was met. The price was right, the chair folded and fit inside the (small) trunk of my car and was light enough for me to lift in and out without much trouble.
The three stars are however due to the following reasons:
1. The seatbelt was missing. Since my mom was due to arrive the next day, I couldn't return it. I tried calling the seller (Amazon itself) but didn't get any help and finally gave up.
2. One of the foldaway footrests would keep coming loose and we'd have to stop several times a day to push it back into position so mom could keep both feet comfortably supported.
3. "Convenient carry pocket" was also missing.
4. The wheels started showing signs of fraying towards the end of the first month of use itself.
All in all, if this were a permanent requirement, I would be hopping mad right now. However, since I didn't need to use it for more than a month, it just about served.

Thought it would be a little heavy but is light enough to lift into my car. Lets me take my mother-in-law to places that it would previously be impossible to take her to. Overall, a good item to buy.

This chair is much lighter weight than a regular wheel chair and takes up so much less room in the trunk of my car. Also, the height of the handles is higher than a regular wheelchair which is much better for me because I'm tall. I don't find myself unconsciously stooping as with the lower handles. I would buy another transport chair for these reasons.
